The Bioinformatics Facility hosts a ~510 Tera FLOPS High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster, called the Guru cluster, located inside the Biotech building, CIB, USU. This 7 blade cluster has ~500 CPU cores, 3TB of RAM, and 250TB of data storage. In addition, the facility has a strong GPU node having 4x of v100 cards on it (total ~25K cuda cores).
